TPM (Spv. / Section Chief)
Kalimantan Timur - Melak, Kutai Barat
Requirements:
Male is preferable, 25-35 years old
Education at least D3: for Supervisor (Experience 5 years),
Education at least S1 : for Supervisor (Experience 2 or 3 years) or Section Chief(Experience 5 years)
Background : Quality Control, Safety, Maintenance, Operator, etc.
Work experience (as trainer is preferable) : Know about TPM of mining and also Quality basic knowledge, etc
Characteristic should be:
Young dynamic individual
Initiative and active person
Excellent in communication
Love challenges and enjoy creativity
Eager to learn new things
Team person
Good health (strong person)
Computer skill is a must
Supervisor Recruitment (SPV)

Responsibilities:
Bertanggungjawab terhadap recruitment, administrasi payroll, training & development, Jamsostek, Medical Claim
Mengurus dan memperbaharui data karyawan, struktur organisasi
Requirements:
Diutamakan Wanita
Bersedia penempatan di Kutai Barat (Melak / Kalimantan Timur)
Pendidikan Terakhir S1 Psikologi / Hukum
Pengalaman Minimal 1 tahun
Usia 23 - 28 tahun
