Geologist
Kalimantan Timur - Batu Kajang

Responsibilities:

Develop annual and monthly geology plan (trenching and drilling) to ensure that the geology activities are done as planned
Monitor the activities in drilling, logging, coring, and trenching processes to ensure that the activities are done according to the quality and process standards so that the quality of coal can be safeguarded
Check and monitor report of slope stability and drain hole to ensure that the slope movement calculation is well identified and recorded properly
Compile weekly and monthly exploration report in order to ensure the exploration activities are recorded to be submitted to government
Monitor and calculate the amount of resourced and reserved coal in order to get the balance amount of minable coal
Motivate, develop, and evaluate his/her subordinates in order to ensure they have the knowledge, expertise, behavior, and competency which is in accordance with requirement and able to support the achievement of target
Monitor and perform the implementation of HSE regulation within his/her area of responsibility in order to minimize any possible risk and comply with company’s and government regulation

Requirements:

Min. 4 years of experienced
Having a good knowlade about the coal quality
Must be posses at least bachelor degree in Geology Engineering
Having a good skill in Mining Software (MineScape, AutoCad, etc.)
Having a good knowladge in Survey Mapping.



Development Asst. Manager
Kalimantan Timur - Batu Kajang

Responsibilities:

Monitor and control blasting process in mine site in order to ensure the blasting process runs according to the procedures.
Monitor and control the explosive material in order to ensure that it is used properly and secure.
Plan the number of explosive material stock in short term and long term in order to ensure that the materials are align with the development planning of mine operating.
Plan the mine exploration in short term, midterm and long term in order to enable others/related party to monitor the mine plan, working area and tools/heavy equipment needed in timely basis (6 months, 1 year and 5 years basis).
Monitor the benchmark data drafted by drafter in order to ensure the alignment between benchmark data with exploration progress.
Monitor the data survey in order to ensure that data will tally with the mine field
Design the mine exploration program including the plan to provide the ‘green project’, in order to ensure that the program comply with safety and environment procedures
Motivate, develop and evaluate his/her subordinates in order to ensure they have the knowledge, expertise, behavior and competency which is in accordance with requirement and able to support the achievement of target
Monitor and perform the implementation of HSE regulation within his/her area of responsibility in order to minimize any possible risk and comply with company and government regulations

Requirements:

Must be posess at least bachelor degree in Mining Engineering
Min. 10 years of experienced
Electricity & Mechanical knowledge
Passed the ‘blasting’ training

Safety Officer
Kalimantan Timur - Batu Kajang

Responsibilities:

Investigate and report all accidents in Kideco areas in order to evaluate the implementation and compliance with safety procedures

Responsibilities:

Enviromental Engineer

Responsibilities:

Make reclamation planning and mapping the areas to be reforested to ensure the alignment between company’s environmental program with AMDAL
Analyze the visibility of reclamation areas in order to ensure the treatment / reclamation program runs accordingly
Prepare and control the availability and quality of seeds in order to ensure the seeds could be plant in reclamation areas
Monitor the implementation of seeding process in order to ensure the process run according to the plan
Reporting to the goverment about the reclamation progress in Mine Site

Responsibilities:

Receive, review, and gather letter of goods demands from all departments to ensure that the needs from all departments are recognized for further processing
Collect data of suppliers in terms of price, readiness and accuracy of delivery and the quality of the goods that they offer in order to get options for suppliers/ vendors for purchasing
Control and conduct the purchase process from requesting (purchase order), bidding, preparation of administrative – including custom clearance and local and ex-import shipment method, and warranty to ensure that the purchase process run according to company standards

Responsibilities:

Perform planning, design of the project structures, including estimation of time, costs, resources, and materials (quantity and quality) required to ensure availability of resources on the project, meets user’s request, efficient, and complies with safety regulation.
Process invoices in order to enable payment to contractors in timely and accurate manner
Arrange the PHO (professional hand over) process to ensure the project is handed over in proper manner
Supervise the maintenance of the building structures to ensure it is well maintained.
Report the result of the project by writing proposal of settlement to fulfill documentation requirement in accurate, timely and updated manner
