Responsibilities:
- Establishing new accounts;
- Maintaining and growing the business with existing clients;
- Optimizing channel distribution;
- Achieving volume, gross premium and net premium targets;
- Managing daily branch operations encompassing the areas of :marketing, claims, administration, budget and P/L;
- Taking a proactive role in staff development programs and ensuring people skills support business needs.
Requirements:
- 30 - 39 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree earned from a reputable university;
- 8 – 12 years of proven track record in managing/building/growing the branch business and operations;
- Experience in managing multi-channels (e.g: dealer, leasing, agency, broker, workshop, direct) and multi-products (e.g: motor vehicle, property/ fire, PA, health, travel);
- Experience in claims and underwriting areas will be a plus point;
- Strong leadership abilities;
- Results and target oriented;
- Good and effective English communication skills;
- Solid network of contacts within your area of responsibility that would enable you to immediately bring in business.
