HR Manager

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operational HR (Personal administration, employee relation).
  • Contributes to the processes and procedures.
  • Provide full HR administrative support.
  • Assist and responsible on day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Responsible for the performance evaluation of employees including contract, permanent employees appointment and promotion.
  • Handling complaints and problems between the department and the environment.

Job Requirements:

  • 8 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Preferable with mining experience.
  • Willing to work on roster.
  • Good English skill both written and verbal.

SALES DOMESTIC

Main Responsibilities:


  • Finding new domestic costumers
  • Maintain account with existing domestic customer, including the sales administration document and payment collection
  • Prepare shipping document as per LC requirement, submit shipping document to Bank/Buyer
  • Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly shipping schedule.
  • Daily Vessel monitoring with Buyer and Shipping Agent.
  • Preparing monthly shipment report.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in area of Coal Industry in Shipping and Sales Domestic.
  • Understand about coal handling and coal mining operations, barging and transsipment activities

SR. MANAGER RESOURCES GEOLOGIST

Main Responsibilities:


  • Managing Exploration Activity (Drilling/ Logging).
  • Maintain geological database and laboratory analysis.
  • Geological model updating for company resources statement.

Job Requirements:


  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Geological Science.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in area of geology.
  • Having skills in resources 3D Modelling, JORC Resources Estimation report, Technical due diligent, Exploration Management, Research – Analysis and Mentoring Geologist Staff.

Main Responsibilities:


  • Organize and manage port operation
  • To ensure safe and efficient Production of Coal handling facility operations in order to maximize cargo delivery from port to ship.
  • Planning and scheduling of maintenance and operation of CHF Facility to maximize utilization of port capacity.

Job Requirement:


  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical – Electrical, Administration.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in the area of material management and Port Operation.
  • Having skills in Administration, Mechanical/ Electrical Maintenance, Logistic/Cargo Management and External Relation.
  • Willing to work in roster schedule.

Maintenance Superintendent

Main Responsibilities:


  • To ensure machines and tools are ready to use.
  • Planning and scheduling of maintenance and coordinate implementation of service and overhaul.
