3 Position Job Vacants at di PT Gunanusa Utama Fabricators #1701042. PT Gunanusa Utama Fabricators is a leading constructor of oil and gas platforms in Indonesia. To date, the company has successfully completed more than 100 offshore structures such as production, compression, wellhead platforms/modules and jackets. Our major clients are Total, BP, Caltex/Unocal/Chevron, Kodeco, MAXUS, Conoco Phillips, HESS etc. Our health, safety and environment (HSE) management system conforms to the stringent requirements of all our clients and we have also obtain certification for ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001-2004 and OHSAS 18001-2007. The company is also certified for U, U2 and S Stamps for the manufacture of pressure vessels and boilers.

Currently we are looking for motivated person and target progress oriented to join and fill the positions as

1. General Affairs (GA) Officer

Bachelor Degree in Management or equivalent from reputable university
Fluent in English both spoken and written is mandatory
Experience min. 3 years in the related field
Have good skill of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Power Point)
Excellent Team Player
Good Interpersonal Relationship Skills (Leadership, Managerial, Communication , Patience)
Detail oriented and able to work under pressure

2. HR Development Specialist

Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Human Resource/Management from reputable university
Fluent in English both spoken and written is mandatory
Experience min. 5 years in Organization Development
Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specializing in Development or equivalent
Have a deep understanding in Human Resources concept, especially in managing people and change management
Master of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Power Point)
Excellent Team Player
Good Interpersonal Relationship Skills (Leadership, Managerial, Communication , Patience)
Detail oriented and able to work under pressure

3. PLANNING MANAGER

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering from reputable university
Having experience min. 10 years as Planning Manager on large construction Onshore/Offshore Oil & Gas Projects
Familiar with the engineering project progress along with the required deliverables commercial cost/schedule experience
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills is mandatory
Expert knowledge of Primavera P6 scheduling software
Understanding of regulatory and industrial standards and codes
Have certification in Project Management or experience in Project Management
Strong planning/schedule analytical skills & excellent team player
Good Interpersonal Relationship Skills (Leadership, Managerial, Communication, Patience)
Detail oriented and able to work under pressure
