1. MAINTENANCE PLANNER

Responsibilities:

• To implement preventative maintenance schedules and repair.
• Service of equipment accordance to this procedure.
• Ensure availability target are achieved.
• Manage plant on site in accordance with procedures and manufacturer’s recommendations and to advise optimum levels of utilization, availability and cost effectiveness.
• Coordinate with site staff to ensure plant on is maintained accordance with procedures and manufacture’s recommendations and to advise optimum levels of utilization, availability and cost effectiveness.
• Developing mechanic skill and knowledge about heavy equipment (instructor)

Requirements:

• Graduate Technical high School –Mechanical engineer, max 40 years old
• Recognized Trade and/or mechanical engineering qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years industrial experience in a combination of mining and construction industries, with at least 2 years in mining.
• Preferably held a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate
• Excellent communication skills, written – verbal, both in English and Bahasa. Presents arguments, facts and instruction in a clear, fluent and convincing manner.
• Computer literacy

2. MECHANIC TRAINER

Responsibilities:

This position is a frontline role and is responsible for day to day maintenance activities, HE equipment trainingdelivery, establish high performance for Health, Safety and Environmental, coordinating and implemented preventative maintenance initiatives and activities so that production targets can be achieved.

Requirements:

• Senior High School or Senior Technical School, Diploma (3) would be preferred, max 40 years old
• Minimum 5 years experience as Foreman /Leading Hand.
• Preferably held a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate
• Familiar with training delivery equipment (all around HE equipment)
• Previous experience in similar role.
• Good communication skills, written and verbal.
• Computer literacy is preferred.

3. MINING FOREMAN

Responsibilities:

• To co-ordinate and supervise the removal of overburden and the mining and transport of coal in a safe environment and to meet production targets with high standard performance.
• Actively contribute to positive teamwork
• Communicate openly and honestly at all times

Requirements:

• Senior High school degree, max 40 years old
• Minimum 2-3 year experience in a similar role.
• Preferably held a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate
• Understanding utilization all equipment and productivity
• Ability to operate most of type of Mining equipment
• Strong leadership and team building skills
• Ready worked in remote area

4. MINING SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

• To plan, co-ordinate and supervise the work teams to deliver a product which meets the required standard, on time and to budget while satisfying the needs of the clients and the company.
• Lead organize and provide direction for employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes and the business results
• Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times
• Communicate openly and honestly at all times

Requirements:

• High School certificate, max 40 years old
• Experienced at Operator, Leading hands and Foreman level within Mining Production
• Understanding of most types of Mining Equipment
• Have ability in employee’s supervision
• Minimum 4-5 years experience in the similar role
• Preferably held a “POP / POM” Mining Indonesia competency certificate
• Good communication skills, written – verbal, both in English and Bahasa
• Ability to operate most of type of Mining equipment
• Computer literacy
• Ready worked in remote area

5. FOREMAN TRAINER / INSTRUCTURE

Responsibilities:

To provide Operational Training for operators and allied training for clients in order to increase the productivity, and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Senior High School or Senior Technical School, Diploma (3) would be preferred, max 40 years old
• Previous experience in similar role minimum 4 years.
• Preferably held a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate
• Familiar with training delivery equipment (all around HE equipment)
• Good communication skills, written and verbal in English and Bahasa.
• Team work ,works effectively with others and relates to colleagues and trainees
• Good communication and presentation skills including report writing – Good English is essential.
• Computer literacy is preferred
• Ready worked in remote area

6. MECHANIC SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

• To ensure the maintenance department goals achieved.
• Complete daily breakdown reports and ensure all repairs are carried out in a cost effective and timely manner.
• Lead, organise and provide direction to employees to ensure adherence and commitment to the company’s policies and procedures.
• To plan and coordinate the repair and service of equipment according to Plant Department Policies and prosedure to ensure availability targets and budget are achieved.
• Communicate openly and honestly and demonstrate a positive attitude in order to foster leadership and teamwork environment.
• To ensure that instructions and tasks assigned to you by your superiors are fore filled.

Requirements:

• Senior High School or Senior Technical School, Diploma (3) would be preferred, , max 40 years old
