1. Civil Construction Supervisor ( 4 person )
Requirements :
- Male min. 28-35 year old
- S1 Majoring in Civil Engineering
- Min 3 year experiences in Project
- Project Management, Quality Management, Supervision, Supply Management, Civil Project Management, Estimating.
- Attention to Detail.
- Able to Use MS Office. Able to work in light deadline.

General Job Description
- Manages sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, and selecting sub-contractors, monitoring and controlling performance.
- Meets operational standards by contributing constructin information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards; resolving problems; identifying construction management system improvements.
- Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions; providing non-project annual operating and capital budget information.
- Accomplishes construction project result by definind project purpose and scope; calculating resources required; establishing standards and protocols; allocating resources: scheduling and coordinating staff and sub-contractors; evaluation milestone assumptions and conclusions; resolving design problems; evaluating and implementing change orders.
- Approves construction projects by conducting inspections at critical phases; obtaining approvals from buyers.
- Prevent fines ang interruptions by complying with, and enforcing, codes.
- Maintains safe, securre, and healty work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
2. Mechanical - Electrical - Plumbing Supervisor ( 4 Person )
Requirements :
- Male min. 28-35 year old
- SI Majoring in Mechanical/ Electrical-Engineering
- Min 3 year experiencea in Project (Facilities Management)
- Experience in cooling plant, and general maintenance in HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
- Attention to Detail. - Able to Use MS Office.
- Able to work in light deadline.

General Job Description
- Supervise operations team.
- Responsible for corrective and preventive maintenance of the MEP installations.
- In Charge of assigning work to technicians.
- Checking the quality of material delivered as well as their storage and distribution.
- Preparing daily reports and customer service report.
- Produce technical report analysis.
3. Architect Officer ( 2 person )
Requirements :
- Male/Female min. 28-35 year old
- S1 Majoring in Architecture
- Min 2 year experiences in Shopping Center/ Consultancy Design
- Able to Use MS Office, Able to use CAD (Computer Aided Design) Programs, 3D max/3D illustrator, animation design
- Able to work in light deadline.

General Job Description
- Develop the building design.
- Visit the building site to get an idea of what the location looks like, consider the appearance of surrounding building before begin the design
- Focus on the appearance and shape on the building.
- After the design is approved by the user/ superior, building design create the detailed blueprints that will be used to build the structure based on the chosen design.
- Discuss with the user/ superior over the building purpose, materials and budget.
- Brainstorm & create a sensational building design.
4. Draffter ( 1 person )
Requirements :
- Male min, 28-35 year old
- Min D3 Majoring in Interior Design/ Architecture
- Min 2 year experiences in Shopping Center
- Able to Use MS Office, Able to use CAD (Computer Aided Design) Programs
- Able to work in light deadline.
- Cooperative, Loyal, Honest, Discipline, Negotiation skill, Teamwork, Creative in Design.
General Job Description
- Make & develop as build drawing and technical specification
- Receive drawing request & deliver the final as build drawing
- Coordinate with related department
- Make BQ (Bill of Quantity)
