Recruitment Officer for Balikpapan Area
Requirements:
Male/ female, aged between 22 - 30 years old.
Min. Bachelor degree majoring Psychology.
Having wide knowledge in recruitment area, psychological testing, and behavioral event interview.
Having experience in retail would be an advantage.
Having experience in mass recruitment.
Good leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
