Field Inventory Planning & Control Supervisor - BPC
Responsibilities:
Ensure the MRO Procurement process in field is compliance with PTK-007 and other related government regulation
Control entire process based on SOP (Procurement, Inventory Management and Warehouse Management)
Coordinate with contract officer and buyer to engage the potential risk before tendering process is initialed.
Coordinate with legal department in preparing documentation as part dispute resolution.
Control any expenses, unnecessary supply chain, vendor deflection.
Ensure and Control the business process to be working properly
Built in comprehensive and redevelop Control System mechanism & Reporting
API & Cost Control Monitoring
Requirements:
S1 in Industrial Engineering or Related Engineering with minimum GPA 2.75. S2 in related discipline is an advantage
Minimum 4 years experiences in related area or 3 years in Oil/Gas Industries.
Proactive and have "can do" and "strive for excellence" attitude.
Good interpersonal and communication skill and able to communicate well in English both written and spoken.
Excellent presentation skill, with ability to express ideas in a clear manner.
Able to identify problems and provide alternative solution.
Well organized, self motivated and able to work both independently and in a team.
Civil Engineer - E&C
Responsibilities:
Prepare specifications and mr's for civil and structural materials.
Evaluate proposals from material suppliers and recommend proper suppliers.
Approve vendor drawings for civil/structural materials and review and comment on other vendor drawings as required.
Check detail design and for civil and structural steel including site preparations, foundation design, steel design etc.
Review civil/strutural construction scope of work.
Review and approve vendor drawings for civil/structural materials, review and comment on other vendor drawings as required.
Perform detail design for both civil works and structural steel, including site preparations, foundation design, steel design, etc.
Review and approve all civil/structural design drawings.
Prepare civil/structural construction scope of work.
Perform detailed inspection to ensure that equipment and materials conform to company specifications as well as government regulation and that all workmanship is acceptable.
Expedite vendor data and delivery of equipment and material, including all test Certificates and associated documentation.
Witness testing of equipment.
