FRONT OFFICE MANAGER (SWISS-BELHOTEL SAMARINDA)
MAJOR FUNCTION
Responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of departments under your supervision with the goal of maximizing revenues and profits to greed budgets while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the customer journey.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure efficient running of the division and proper handling of service issues as they ariseCoordinate the tasks and operations of departments under your supervision
Assist the development and implementation the Hotel sales and marketing plan
Assist with the development of annual budgets and targets for areas under your supervision
Prepared and produce detailed financial reports as required in timely manner
Perform other assignment to meet business needs as directed by your superior
REQUIREMENT
Graduate of a Hotel Management degree desiredMinimum 2 years of experience in the same position or strong track record as the Asisstant Manager for 5 years
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong leadership, coaching and counselling skills
Strong analytical and strategic thinking
Fluent in English
