Job Description
- Set action plans, organize and provide direction for the activities to meet production goals of quality, productivity and cost targets. Be responsible for meeting, safety, environmental, and moral standards
- Be responsible for handling labor relations and must have previous experience in thecommunity development
- Design preventative and predictive maintenance plan, as well as ensure its execution on all equipment’s and other installations.
- Prepares operational weekly, monthly reports for management that clearly identify performance versus goals, and corrective actions. Moderate weekly operation internal meeting, and present monthly operational report.
- Keep current with the government regulations affecting wood chip mills and power plant operation, ensuring mill is operated in compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, regulations, and requirements of any federal, state of municipal authority
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Practical knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing manufacturing processes
- Proven practice in Management by Objective, ISO
- Minimum 10 years of managerial working experience in simple processing i.e. crude palm oil, coffee, or any other similar industry with wood chip processing.
- Must be willing to work on site, which is located at one of the regencies -- around 30 minutes from the city of Balikpapan, East Kalimantan
