Requirements:
Male min. 28-35 year old SI Majoring in Civil Engineering Min 3 year experiences in Project
Project Management, Quality Management, Supervision, Supply Management, Civil Project
Management, Estimating.
Attention to Detail.
Able to Use MS Office.
Able to work in light deadline.
Cooperative, Loyal, Honest, Discipline, Negotiation skill, Teamwork.
General Job Description
Manages sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, and selecting sub-contractors, monitoring and controlling performance.
Meets operational standards by contributing constructs information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards; resolving problems; identifying construction management system improvements.
Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions; providing non-project annual operating and capital budget information.
Accomplishes construction project result by definind project purpose and scope; calculating resources required; establishing standards and protocols; allocating resources; scheduling and coordinating staff and sub-contractors; evaluation milestone assumptions and conclusions; resolving design problems; evaluating and implementing change orders.
Approves construction projects by conducting inspections at critical phases; obtaining approvals from buyers.
Prevent fines ang interruptions by complying with, and enforcing, codes.
Maintains safe, securre, and healty work environment by following and enforcing standards
and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
2. Mechanical - Electrical - Plumbing Supervisor ( 4 Person )
Requirements:
Male min. 28-35 year old
SI Majoring in Mechanical/ Electrical-Engineering
Min 3 year experiencea in Project (Facilities Management)
Experience in cooling plant, and general maintenance in HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
Attention to Detail.
Able to Use MS Office.
Able to work in light deadline.
