Field Completion Engineer - WWI
Responsibilities:
Supporting Work-over completion rig activities in WWI department and ensure the completion program is implemented as per Completion program.
Ensuring work-over & completion operation is performed as per defined standards, guideline and procedures for both technical issue (Drilling & Work-over policy) and HSE issue (OEMS, etc).
Ensuring the improvement and lesson learnt (from technical perspective) is captured and communicated to Completion engineering section in order to improve Work-over & Completion activities in both engineering design and execution.
Having an independent line reporting to Completion Engineering Section Head and provide engineering assistance to the Work-over & Completion rig supervisor in the field.
Assisting Work-over & Completion rig supervisor in coaching and developing rig personnel and ensure the adequate capable resources are available in the rig for safe Work-over and Completion operation.
Requirements:
S1 with minimum GPA 2.75 in Engineering. S2 in related discipline is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years experience in the oil and gas industry.
Having a good business ethic behavior.
Proactive and have "can do" and "strive for excellence" attitude.
Good interpersonal and communication skill and able to communicate well in English both written and spoken.
Excellent presentation skill, with ability to express ideas in a clear manner.

HSE Supervisor - WWI
Responsibilities:
Supporting other groups (Work-over/ Completion, Engineering, Well Intervention and Support) within WWI department for HSE initiative by providing an assurance.
Ensuring WWI HSE policies, system, standards, guideline, procedure and bridging documents are in place to full fill and in line with HSED as corporate HSE.
Ensures the improvement (from HSE perspective) is captured in well programs and service provider contract to avoid any re-occurring HSE issue due to lack of contract / work-program statement.
Having an independent line reporting to HSE superintendent / WWI manager and provide HSE advise to the team and all staff and promote line responsibility for HSE.
Coaching and developing HSE staff in WWI team and make sure the adequate capable resources are available in the field to provide HSE support to Work-over / Completion and Well Intervention activities.
Requirements:
S1 with minimum GPA 2.75 in Engineering/Management. S2 in related discipline is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years working experience in HSE management system experience and good understanding of best practice principle of HSE.
Field operation experience (preference for well operation / oil & gas activities).
Knowledge of regulatory requirements (local state and national)
Experience and understanding of ISO 14001 or similar environmental management system.
Good understanding of integrity management; Audit; Control of Work Principles and controls; Risk identification, prioritization & Management; Emergency Response / Crisis management; Incident Management & Investigation.
Sound leadership and team building qualities.
Ability to facilitate meetings and workshop for goal setting, resolutions and team building.
Highly adaptable, capable of strategic decision making under pressure.
Proven ability in understanding and meeting management needs.

Rigless Supervisor - WWI

Slickline Supervisor - WWI
Responsibilities:
Supervising all slickline work such as: data acquisition (SG/FG/MPLT), change zone, wellbore clearance and ensure the job are executed in safely and quality manners as per program.
Performing as site authority and ensure the work permit from area authority is granted, conduct coordination and hand-over to respective personnel within production operation upon completion the job.
Coordinating the service provider related to equipment and/ or personnel mobilization, job execution and demobilization. Supervising the service provider in performing the slickline well intervention job and ensure safety behavior is implemented as per VICO standard.
Generating a job completion report and capture lesson learnt / improvement for slickline well intervention program improvement
