Service Superintendent
Kalimantan Selatan, Kalimantan Timur
Responsibilities:
Create maintenance and repair working plan based on service pan set and monitor the availability of part used.
Monitor and conduct problem solving in field maintenance and repair activities.
Monitor parts listing preparation, outside work process and make sure components and equipments are storage properly.
Monitor and make sure all operating vehicle availability and in good condition.
Monitor and make sure failure analysis report are available for each rework happen.
Assigned suitable technician to do service job at customer’s site.
Handle customer queries and complaints in proper manner and make recommendation.
Analyze and create maintenance & repair report, accept and distribute important information to related department.
Check, control and evaluate the implementation of SHE system and procedure and identify potential hazard,
Identify personnel need, train and counsel subordinate, identify and propose subordinate development program based on competency needed.
Control and monitor Satellites/Sites activity
Control and make sure his department meet or exceeded the company objectives goal with a good reporting system
Appraise subordinate
Take decision regarding technical problem in the workshop or field
Requirements:
Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
Required language(s): English.
At least 9 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position as technician.
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Mechanical
Having Basic mechanical knowledge, Basic tooling knowledge, Knowledge of hose and fitting, Basic hydraulic knowledge, Basic safety knowledge
Familiar with installation, service, repair, and trouble shooting.
Familiar with installation , service, repair, and trouble shooting of autolube system
Computer Literacy
Personality: Supervisory Skill, Achievement motivation, Customer Service orientation, Initiative, Team Work, Could work under pressure, Self confidence
Willing to be placed in Kalimantan Area (South and East)
Part Analyst & Planner
Kalimantan Timur - Balikpapan
Responsibilities:
Monitor stock replenishment (Weekly)
Update Daily Part Moving for STK and Non STK Part Movement
Monitor free stock data udate
Inventory activity analyst, monitor LT, update and resetting quantity ROP and ROQ part refers to part movement.
Give input and idea for built better inventory management
Willing to Travel to Site As Requested
Responsible to maintain short Term Plannig for all unit ADS and SDE
Requirements:
Educational Background :D3 with Relevant Experience
Experience : 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required skill(s): Analitical Skills, Numerikal Skills, Knowledge about Warehousing system
