Requirements :
Work Location : Bontang – East Kalimantan
Min D III or S1 degree in Engineering, preferable mechanical Engineering
Having strong leadership is a must
Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
Have work related experience minimum 5 years experience as Manager in machinery such as : Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, Compressor, Generator, Force Draf Fan, Gear Box, etc.
Knowledge about troubleshooting in machinery rotation
Able to read and understand technical drawings including, P&ID's, isomatric, and manual drawing rotation machine.
Able to estimate spare part needs for the services
Able to make daily report and monthly report for management
Able to do alignment analysis
