Balikpapan Security System Territory Sales Manager

The Client is looking for business development candidates that are able to handle few branches as well as driving their sales performance and growth within the territory. The successful candidate will be directly reporting to the National Territory Development Manager

Client Details

Our respective client is an established and well regarding provider of Fire and Security Solutions across Indonesia. They are an authorized distributor for one of the biggest security system companies globally, in additional to long standing distribution arrangements for some of the strongest international brands in their industry.

Description


  • Optimize selling and service functions in the territory to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction outcomes.
  • Day to day operational responsibility for a mixture of 2-3 Branch Offices / Representative offices.
  • Meet the sales target given, Margin performance and growth of Key Accounts
  • Increase the capital efficiency (Stock efficiency, Debtor collections / cash etc.)
  • Develops, implements and sutains comprehensive account plans to achieve annual sales numbers
  • Support the administrative requirements of the business and meet the QHSE obligations in the locations within the terrioty


Profile


  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related fields. MBA is a plus.
  • 10 years of experience in sales with 2 years experience in the management level.
  • Competency in English both oral and written will be well regarded
  • Willing to travel extensively
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sales team performance and meet targets
  • Professional presentation and high quality written/verbal communications

The After Market Sales Manager will be responsible for the company parts sales strategy and development. The position will be placed at Balikpapan area and will be reporting directly to the General Manager of sales.

The client is a reputable dealer for European Multinational Heavy Equipment, they are the total solutions provider focusing on Heavy / Construction Equipment, Mining Services, Financing, Engineering & Infrastructure, and Power Generation. They are currently looking for a dynamic General Manager to join with them in times of exciting development.

Description

  • To ensure proper and appropriate implementation of company parts sales strategy and coordinated this strategy to each brand
  • To ensure and monitoring the achievement of sales targets in all areas
  • To ensure that the composition of sales area can achieved according to the targets
  • Ensuring Account Receivables (AR Days) match or exceed the targets
  • To ensure that the process improvement to customer service to achieve customer satisfaction continues
  • To ensure monitoring, evaluation and analysis of market and competitor market needs well-monitored


Responsible for direct negotiation with key account.
Profile

  • Willing to work at Balikpapan
  • Minimum 7 years of experience handling the after market industry
