Lowongan Kerja Retail Manager PT iCool International Indonesia #426081828

Job description:

• Retail as main focus, there are 3 parts:
  
  1. Following up for brand image improvement (display zone, display counter and brand store), also managing valued POP (demo live desk, HP demo, etc.)
  2. Managing promotor (training, motivating promoter, evaluating promoter, promoter competition)
  3. Managing sales event (planning events program, event managing, event feedback)
• Selling out to be main focus, work evaluating also done by Selling out.
• Retail data become main tool.

Qualification:

1. Male or Female
2. Age range 20~30 years old. (age tolerance by performance rate)
3. Having retail experience in any field. (mobile phone sector preferred)
4. Hard-working, diligent and active.
5. Able to work under pressure
6. Minimum education of senior high school
7. Preferably multilingual (English and/or Mandarin)
8. Willing to Work at Balikpapan
