GEOLOGIST
Responsibilities:
- Check fault, drill hole and cropping
- To evaluate of coal mining
- Getting and measuring new data drill hole mine out, expose, coal thickness, sampling, strike and DIP, fault etc
- Prepare geological model and interpretation.
- Geological model review, check and validation.
- Prepare quality modeling and geo statistic.
- Prepare Geological model output such contour, sections etc.
Requirements:
- Graduate Geological Engineer
- A minimum of 3 years experience in the same role
- Capability to operating and familiar with Minescape (open cut), Xpac, Minex & others mining software
- Good knowledge in mining principles, mining design concepts & operations
- Strong commitment to safety and high professional standards of performance
- Good communication skills, written – verbal, both in English and Bahasa
- Ready worked in remote area
MINE PLAN ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
- Prepare short and long term mine plan ( production and project)
- Prepare periodic reports and production reconciliation as required
- Actively contribute to positive teamwork
- Communicate openly and honestly at all times
Requirements:
- Graduate Mining Engineer
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Mine Planning
- Capability to operating Minescape and Minex software
- Previous management and supervisory experience in a production coal mine
- Preferably held a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate
- Strong commitment to safety and high professional standards of performance
- Good communication skills, written – verbal, both in English and Bahasa
- Ready worked in remote area
MINING FOREMAN
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise the removal of overburden and the mining and transport of coal in a safe environment and to meet production targets with high standard performance.
- Actively contribute to positive teamwork
- Communicate openly and honestly at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum Senior High school degree
- Minimum 2-3 year experience in a similar role.
- Preferably held a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate
- Understanding utilization all equipment and productivity
- Ability to operate most of type of Mining equipment
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Ready to work in remote area
MINING SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
- To plan, co-ordinate and supervise the work teams to deliver a product which meets the required standard, on time and to budget while satisfying the needs of the clients and the company.
- Lead organize and provide direction for employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes and the business results
- Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times
- Communicate openly and honestly at all times
Requirements:
- High School certificate
- Experienced at Operator, Leading hands and Foreman level within Mining Production
- Understanding of most types of Mining Equipment
- Have ability in employee’s supervision
- Minimum 4-5 years experience in the similar role
- Preferably held a “POP / POM” Mining Indonesia competency certificate
- Good communication skills, written – verbal, both in English and Bahasa
- Ability to operate most of type of Mining equipment
- Computer literacy

MAINTENANCE PLANNER
Responsibilities:
- To implement preventative maintenance schedules and repair.
- Service of equipment accordance to this procedure.
- Ensure availability target are achieved.
- Manage plant on site in accordance with procedures and manufacturer's recommendations and to advise optimum levels of utilization, availability and cost effectiveness.
- Coordinate with site staff to ensure plant on is maintained accordance with procedures and manufacture’s recommendations and to advise optimum levels of utilization, availability and cost effectiveness.
- Developing mechanic skill and knowledge about heavy equipment (instructor)
Requirements:
- Graduate Technical high School –Mechanical engineer
- Recognized Trade and/or mechanical engineering qualifications.
- Minimum 3 years industrial experience in a combination of mining and construction industries, with at least 2 years in mining.
- Excellent communication skills, written - verbal, both in English and Bahasa. Presents arguments, facts and instruction in a clear, fluent and convincing manner.
- Computer literacy
SHE OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- Provide HS&E management information, advice and assistance to all staff to ensure safe, healthy and accident free work environments and the compliance with the company HS&E policy and procedures and legislative requirements.
- Remain all elements of OHS&E (including project elements) to improve safety performance.
- Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times.
- Communicate openly and honestly at all times.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in K3, engineering, or similar discipline.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Have knowledge in legislative and statutory requirements.
- Good communication skills, written and verbal, both in English and Bahasa.
- Computer literate.
PROJECT COST CONTROL (SITE BASE)
Responsibilities:
- Review progress, control and maintain cost as per budget
- Provide and review weekly and monthly costing and forecasting report
- Ensure production data accurately reported for progress; check and review additional work/day work claim
- Provide and communicate the weekly cost report to related department for any possible improvement
- Check and review daily costing of environment, survey, drill and blast and infrastructure division
- Actively contribute to positive teamwork
- Communicate openly and honestly at all times
Requirements:
- Graduate Industrial engineering, Economics or Manajemen
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the mining industry in similar role as Project Cost Control
- Capability to operating Ms Project
- Proficient in Resources Analysis
- Good leadership, independent and mature personality, self-motivated, results driven and good negotiation skills
- High initiative, performance driven, good planning skill.
- Strong commitment to safety and high professional standards of performance
- Good communication skills, written – verbal, both in English and Bahasa
- Ready worked in remote area
