An excellent opportunity for Engineer Civil has arisen to join our Construction Department team. Residentially based in GBU Coal Mine Project and reporting to Senior Engineer Civil.
Some of your duties will include:
- To carry out civil and construction design required for supporting mining activities;
- To prepare estimation of Bill of Quantity of estimated work;
- To ensure that all civil work (Earthwork/Drainage or Structure); in accordance with project specification and supervise the construction crew;
- Making plan based on Overall Schedule and to communicate and discuss with site team;
- Monitor and report site progress;
- Making RFI for any site issue related to engineering/design;
What skills and experience do you need?
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering; Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil building construction ini similar project as Engineer Civil
- Familiar with Risk Assessment in Civil area; Familiar with safety issue in civil work; Willingness to work outdoor is a must; Proficient in civil engineering and financial expertise in civil and structure designs, project planning & scheduling, project cost valuation and resource management focus;
- English and Computer literacy; Good leadership and people management skills preferably with training in staff supervision and Safety Leadership Program; Good communication skill, able to communicate to all level (internal/external), diligent, good in planning and organizing, self-motivated, ability to influence, innovative and problem solving, supportive, and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.
