Boiler Field Operator.
BalikpapanRole / Job Objective:
- To handle the Boiler Field operation in shift and ensure smooth operational activities under coordination with Shift in Charge in the power plant.
Functional/ Technical Responsibilities:
- To handle the Boiler Field operations on Shift and assisting the shift in Charge in the plant.
- To have good knowledge into CFBC boiler field operation (Light ups, Emergency Handlings etc.)
- To coordinate with the outsource manpower to make assure that proper housekeeping in the Boiler area is done.
- Ensure smooth operation during shift to enhance the performance and efficiency of the plant.
- Ensure safe and reliable operation of the plant by following Standard Operating Procedures.
- To coordinate with maintenance team to ensure timely rectification of equipment breakdown during the shift.
Behavioural/Managerial Responsibilities:
- Ensure in following safety measures related equipment health, stopping systems if required based on equipment health.
- Supporting the Shift In Charge as per the requirement of manpower in the shift.
- Recommending specific training needs of employees / contract workmen considering requirements and gaps.
Requirement :
- Language Proficiency: Should able to read write and speak English Language.
- Education: STM/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Prior Experience / Exposure: Should have relevant experience of Boiler Field Operation in the power plant.
- Preferred Industry Experience: Should have 2+ Years’ experience in the area of Boiler as Field Operators, preferably work experience from CFBC background in the power plant.
Boiler DCS Engineer
BalikpapanRole / Job Objective:
- To handle the Boiler DCS operation in shift and ensure smooth operational activities under coordination with Shift in Charge in the power plant.
Functional/ Technical Responsibilities:
- To handle the Boiler DCS operations on Shift and assisting the shift in Charge in the plant.
- To have good knowledge in CFBC boiler operation ( Light ups, Emergency Handlings etc. )
- To coordinate with Boiler field operators in shifts for the smooth operation of the power plant.
- Ensure smooth operation during shift to enhance the performance and efficiency of the plant.
- Ensure safe and reliable operation of the plant by following Standard Operating Procedures.
- To monitor and maximize the Plant Load Factor and minimize Auxiliary Power Consumption during the shift.
- To coordinate with maintenance team to ensure timely rectification of equipment breakdown during the shift.

Engineer – Mechanical
BalikpapanRole / Job Objective:
- To handle the Mechanical Maintenance of the power plant and ensure smooth operation as per defined targets mentioned in the agreement with client.
Functional/ Technical Responsibilities:
- Responsible for taking care of mechanical maintenance in all areas of the power plant.
- Implementing all systems and processes as per guidelines from HOD Maintenance.
- To have knowledge into various mechanical maintenance activities such as alignments, bearing replacements etc.
- Assisting the HOD Maintenance in smooth operation of the project in terms of execution and profitability.
- Ensuring that all Operational and Maintenance protocols, procedures are followed.
- To plan and maintain the spares, consumables required at project site.
- Responsible for following the Safety initiatives at site to ensure that there is no harm to employees, directly / indirectly involved at project site.
- To prepare the PM schedules, PM Check List, SMP’s, SOP’s, lubrication schedules etc.
- Rectification planning for defects identified in Condition Monitoring, Updation in Defect Register & Maintenance management software.
- Preparation of purchase requisition, Prepare MIS reports, Prepare RCA reports within the guidelines of Feedback policies with the objective of ensuring smooth running of power plant and meeting Customer expectations.
Behavioural/Managerial Responsibilities:
- Adroit in managing and coordination with the entire maintenance team regarding project execution which includes maximizing profit and minimizing expenses in the project.
- Monitor plant performance and follow up work progress and ensure maintenance of standards and implementation of policies.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and inter personal skills with proven ability in driving numerous quality enhancement and process improvement.
- Effective interfacing with people at project site, managing healthy work environment and inculcating bonded team work with high work ethics. Supporting and communicating with the team so as to achieve the task within agreed parameters and enhance efficiency.
Requirement :
- Education: Diploma / Engineering in Mechanical Engineering.
- Prior Experience / Exposure: Should have relevant experience into Mechanical
- Maintenance of the power plant.
- Preferred Industry Experience: Should have 5+ Years into O&M of Power plants.
