Job description
Manage, evaluate and take corrective action on all departmental activities including the development of HRD systems and policies as well as the fulfillment of HR in accordance with the qualifications based on the HRD division strategy and applicable policies to ensure that the activities of the Human Resource Planning & Development department are in line with the development direction and company objectives within the limits predetermined budget.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in psychology/industrial engineering/management.
  • Master Degree is a preferred.
  • Having at least 5 years experience in the same position or 10 years as superintendent HRD in mining industry
  • Male/Female, 35 – 50 years old
  • Having excellence good leadership skill, experience in organization development, people development, talent management, recruitment, HSE procedure, and HRD Procedure.
  • Have FINON/CHRM/TOT certification is preferred
  • Fluent English
  • Willing to be placed in Balikpapan

Head of People & Organization Development Section (Code : HOS-OD – Name)

Job description
Directing, coordinating and ensuring the process of preparing and developing the Company’s organization in the form of organizational structure, job analysis, competency profiles and HRD policies, as well as employee development in order to achieve employee competency at staff level throughout projects and all positions in Head Office/Balikpapan through TNA based on competency matrix that applies to support the achievement of work effectiveness and efficiency as well as competencies that are in line with the Company’s objectives goals.

Job description
Analyzing, designing, and recommending the development of the company organization including the design of the organizational structure, job analysis and competency matrices as well as all employee development activities including the provision of training and development programs in accordance with the needs to ensure employees meet the requirements according to the demands of the position and in line with the vision and mission Company.

  • Strive to overcome non-conformance components / parts by suppliers / dealers, either partially or entirely in the framework of saving costs as well as knowing the causes of non-conformance components to be held more effective preventive action by communicating it to the supplier / dealer manufacturer..

Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree from Electrical / Mechanical Engineer.
  • Have experience minimum 3 years in the same field.
  • Knowing about mining procedure, HSE procedure, plant maintenance process, specify of unit/equipment.
  • Knowing about Heavy Equipment Management System.

Job Scope:
  • Manage, supervise and verbally and in writing all the drilling & blasting activities in the project from preparation to execution in the field based on drill and blast design & planning prepared by the engineer in order to support the smoothness of drilling & blasting work in accordance with the design, applicable HSE standards and budget constraints that have been determined.
Qualification:
  • Bachelor Degree from Mining / Geology Engineering.
  • Have experience minimum 3 years as mining engineer.

Qualification:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mining/Mineral) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Mine Analyst or Finance - Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Having experience in data analyst/ mine data is a plus.
  • This job require job holder to report financial program activities, financial items, and all types of costs / transactions in the company and analyze and consolidate the company's routine budget in accordance with applicable policies.
  • Analyze and ensure the implementation of budget management in accordance with the capabilities and policies of the Company.
  • Calculate and analyze financially the feasibility of investment and / or mining projects.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of reporting operational activities.
