Coal Mining - Project Head
Job Description:
To lead all operation activities to achieve annual production target
High percentage of availability, lowest diesel consumption in line with the best international norms by resorting to if need be full maintenance contract.
To stock and plan inventories of the spares required for the all equipment under his control.
To prepare annual budget both Capex and Opex and to ensure the operations within the approved budget.
To formulate MIS (Management Information System) and SOP’s (System Operational Procedures) for all equipments under his control and to monitor the same.
To ensure the total compliance of safety for equipments under his control.
To focus on the best operations at minimum cost
Requirements:
Age maximum 35 years
Full time engineering degree preferably in Mining / Mineral / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
At least 10 year(s) of working experience in Coal Mines with minimum 3 years as Project Head
Strategic thinking, Planning and execution
Leadership and communications capability
