With continued growth we are seeking experienced resources as Geologist based at Melak Mine Project, East Kalimantan.
Reporting to Senior Short Term Engineer, you will you responsible to conduct mapping and sampling qualities, quantities of coal seams; conduct pit monitoring to know the wall issue during progress; check in interrogate models supplied by client, communicate with others regarding model variances; reporting, pit reconciliation and recoverable reserve status by quantity and quality each month; reporting, provide a coal daily plan related with target daily production target short term engineer; coordination with member engineer, mining team and client to avoid geological issues; monitoring ROM coal stockpiles related quantities and qualities; provide detailed report and documentation (including photos and drawing where applicable) of ground observations.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining or Geological Engineering with minimum of 2 years professional experience in large open cut mining and mine engineering; understanding of Geological Principles, Mining Equipment and Applications; understanding and demonstrate of Engineering Software and Computer Data Management.
