Construction - Project Manager
Job Description for Lowongan Kerja PT Potentia HR Consulting (Recruitment Firm) as Construction - Project Manager:
- Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Requisition supplies and materials to complete construction projects.
- Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports.
- Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems.
- Making sure that project done is on time and moving smoothly

- Experience in high rise building, hotel, apartment projects is a must
- Willing to work in Berau, Kalimantan Timur
- Has good ability at planning for large-scale, multi-step projects

Project Manager (Landed House & Apartments)
Responsibilities for Lowongan Kerja PT Potentia HR Consulting (Recruitment Firm) as Project Manager (Landed House & Apartments):
- In charge of all day to day operations of construction
- Coordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and laborers
- Identify the elements of project design and construction likely to give rise to disputes and claims.
- Ensure projects delivered within budget and time frame
- Excellent in decision making and project problem solving
- Have knowledge in quality control construction

- Experience in high rise building, hotel, apartment, landed house projects is a must
- Willing to work in Berau, Kalimantan Timur
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree : Architecture, Civil Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years of working experience as a Project Manager in building and construction
- Able to read and implement architecture design
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good leadership skill, excellent managerial skill, able to foster teamwork, analytical, able to communicate with people of all levels, self motivated, aggressive with a positive working attitude and good negotiation skill
- Proficient in planning, reporting, budgeting, monitoring, project implementation and project scope
