Project Cordinator
Job Scope:
- Managing and supervise all team member in daily optimization activities
- Escalate/ follow up performance and technical issues and find alternative to solve problem
- Check and ensure the quality of regular reporting to customer
- Create the high level reporting to Management (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly)
- Managing customer request and arrange the schedule
- Ensure report delivery to customer as contract/agreement
- Follow up progress achievements and KPI targets
- Handling Complain form Costumer and give solution to costumer
- Presented to costumer about KPI Progress
- Manage database mobile telephone number
Requirement :
- S1 Engineer
- Min Having 3 years experience Project Cordinator
- Having leadership, good communication & creative
- Willing to be assigned for project in Balikpapan
