HR Administrator

Responsibility :

1. Responsible for Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment, create a personal file for all new starters and ensure that all documentation is present and complete.

2. Responsible for Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation

Responsible for collate and input information relating to payroll on a monthly basis

Competencies :

Employee service focus
Attention to detail.
Numerical ability and data entry skills
Ability to work to deadlines.
Good communication skill
