Regional Sales Manager FMCG (Kalimantan)

Accomplishes regional sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned districts; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.
Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field with 5-6 years as RSM in Multinational company
FMCG Industry Background
Familiar with market of fast moving consumer good products
Able to work in low bureaucratic/political environment, outside the box thinker, sense of humility, flexible, adaptable to changing conditions, and be an excellent team player
Additional qualifications to be determined by channel and customer base.
Previous experience in Account Management or Territory Sales and display an attitude that is key to success
Strong account management and relationship building skills
Experience of managing major national accounts at head office level
Highly self-motivated
Strong interpersonal, customer service, presentation, organizational and problem-solving skills
Should be fluent in English and capable of dealing with expatriate clients
Based in Kalimantan

Logistic Manager (Kalimantan)

Develop and manage coal suppliers and clients within and outsides of Indonesia
Arrange Vessel by large shipments, if necessary according to trade conditions
Sourcing of coal suppliers and coal mines and management if deal payment
Purchasing coal directly from mines or barges through dealing with local currency
Surveying sites and reporting coal mines and possible development sites
Visiting possible coal mines sites for trading & inspecting infrastructure and safety
Establishing solid network of customers for domestic coal trading
Trading coal through barge shipments or large charter vessel
Researching business potential and market for another natural minerals
Analysis of domestic demand and market
Background research of coal mines, coal market and other related information

At least 49 years old
Bachelor’s degree graduated at an accredited college or university ( preferably in Business Administration )
At least 15 years experiences in coal sales, trading, mines and / or related fields
Extensive knowledge of coal marketing, preferably with prior experiences
Knowledge of coal markets in China, India and major markets in Asia
Willing to be located in Kalimantan
Above middle-leveled English both Oral and Written
Good communication skills
Good in physical conditions to carry out general office work / duties
Challenging spirit, creativity and perseverance
Skills in research in and analysis of market state and currency, movement and forecast
