Sales Enginner – Balikpapan
Responsibilities
Prospecting new customers especially for heavy equipment, truck or general parts commodity
Maintaining good relationship with customers
Seek and gaining new sales with appropriate tools and manner
Requirements
Minimum D3, preferably from Mechanical or or Finance
Min 1 years experience in heavy equipment, truck or general parts commodity
Incoterm knowledge or certified will be most welcome
Fluent in English both oral and written

Service Supervisor Balikpapan Area
Responsibilities
Maintain and service inverters and associated capital equipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Maintain tools and team equipment and parts accuracy
Perform field based repair, testing and re-certificating of inverters
Perform remote on site customer services, including installing, commissioning, troubleshooting and repairing of inverter equipment and related products.
Calibrate and coordinate equipment according to precise specifications.
Provide support to engineering and sales.
Provide adequate documentation and reports upon completion of each assigned job.
Prepare and deliver project documentation and progress reports for internal and external
Requirements
Minimum STM or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years experience in heavy duty truck / heavy equipment industries.
Familiar with Mercedes-Benz Heavy Duty Truck or Commercial Vehicles will be an advantage.
Good knowledge on maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of equipment
Capable to lead small team operation on sites
Self motivated & independent individual, willing to be relocated to remote sites.
Computer literate and proficient in English is essential.
