Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:
New Mill Concept Stage
1. To assist Sr. Mill Manager- New Construction on location identification site visit and coordinate contour mapping with GIS.
2. Assist to develop overall plan for the new project.
Pre Tender Stage:
1. Coordinate with soil investigation contractor and consultant for the relevant reports and drawing.
2. Assist and prepare tender document with consultant.
Tender Stage
1. Coordinate tender interview and meeting.
Post Tender Stage:
1. Coordinate with Purchasing on the issuance of PO.
Project Monitoring and Follow up Stage
1. Coordinate the Entire exercise with contractors, suppliers and internal department.
2. Timely progress reporting.
3. Ensure timely progress payments through effective coordination between service providers & finance.
4. Coordinate master list with suppliers, contractors , internal department and ensure timely approvals.
Project Completion Stage
1. Coordinate variation orders and ensure timely approvals are obtained.
2. Coordinate so that the payments are made after the TOT.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in sepaku.
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
