PT Leighton Contractors Indonesia is a division of Leighton Asia and mainly specializes in contract mining, civil engineering and infrastructure, including site preparation, earthworks, roads, bridges, pipelines and tunnels. This position is based in East Kalimantan at the MSJ Coal Mine Project.
Officer - IT (INA-13-MSJ-00010)
Kalimantan Timur
Responsibilities:
To administer the Company information technology systems with the objective of ensuring uninterrupted access to and security of company information.
Requirements:
Diploma in an IT related field;
1 - 2 years experience;
Relevant document control experience in software and hardware setup administration is preferred;
Have an exposure of IT procedures;
Experience working at mining/civil contractor is preferred ;
Basic skills on MS-Word and Excel ;
Basic knowledge of hardware maintenance and network configuration, experience with MS Exchange Server ;
Proficient in English ;
Indonesian citizen.
Supervisor - IT (INA-13-MSJ-00011)
Kalimantan Timur
Responsibilities:
To coordinate the activities of defining IT operational strategy, providing solution / recommendation, and overseeing day-to-day operation with the objectives of ensuring that company IT system resources (system and infrastructure) are working properly and established with effectiveness and efficiency of system performance.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field is preferable ;
4 - 7 years experience ;
Have experience in managing a set of network infrastructure under Windows Server environment ;
Experience working at civil /mining contractor is preferred ;
Basic skills on MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint ;
Basic knowledge in networking infrastructure (LAN/WAN) ;
Basic knowledge in Windows 2000/2003, Active Directory, Exchange Server, and other networking capability ;
Basic knowledge in mail exchange and data communication protocols (Outlook, Quick Mail) ;
Proficient in English ;
Indonesian citizen.
Supervisor - HR (INA-13-MSJ-00012)
Kalimantan Timur
Responsibilities:
To coordinate HR work activities of the site of specific area to which he has been assigned according to maintain and develop HR policies, guidelines and procedures with the prime objective of ensuring that compliance and align with company goals and policies.
Requirements:
Diploma in human resources management , undergraduate degree is preferable ;
4-7 years relevant experience ;
In depth experience in managing daily, monthly activity all areas of human resources ;
Experience working on remote site ;
Preferred construction/mining industry experience ;
Basic skills of MS-Word, Excel and PowerPoint ;
Basic understanding of local employment act/ law ;
Intermediate understanding of local statutory requirements ;
Intermediate skill in job interview and dealing with community leaders ;
Intermediate Knowledge HR site operational ;
Proficient in English ;
Indonesian citizen.
