Responsibilities:
Aggressive approach current and prospective clients to sell company products (Heavy Equipment) related to Transportation, Industrial, Mining, Oil & Gas, Forestry Industry
Ability to do presentation and promote company products
Liaising effectively with all levels of management within the company in order to facilitate projects and other business opportunities
Maintaining relationship, promotion with the distributors/dealers
Liaise with Marketing to integrate the brand presence.
Reporting to Head of Sales
Requirements:
Male / Female, 30 - 38 years old
Bachelor degree in engineering is preferred (Mechanical, Electrical)
Master degree/ International exposure is an advantage, Proficiency in English
Minimum 3 - 5 years B2B experience of sales and has outstanding records of closing deals.
Have experience running sales through Dealers
Network in Mining/Oil and Gas/Forestry/ General Transporter industry
Possesses strong communication skill, customer oriented
Driven and ambitious
Willing to travel extensively all around Indonesia
KPI
No of Equipment units sold through current account
Business development for potential new account/maintaining exisiting accounts
Managing dealers to Support Sales
Other KPI related as manager including mix of safety, health and environment
Attractive numeration and training will be provided to the right candidate. Ideally you already based in Balikpapan or Kalimantan and have experience working with dealers or managing b2b accounts or fleet sales.
