Heavy Equipment Engineer - Field Transport

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily activities of the heavy equipment section through subordinate to optimize the usages of equipment and manpower in the maintenance of roads and location construction preparation.
Develop strategies for operation and or project executions, and conduct periodic review of strategies to meet the set goals and objectives in quality, cost effective and timely manner.
Ensure contract process through implementation will be placed into services and in line with company framework within Operation Support Department.
Provide technical support to Contractor resolving field challenges and to improve the quality of its works, compile and evaluate projects cost as to material, manpower, equipment for purposes of detail cost/ estimate cost.
Prepare scope of work, technical specification, and drawing as attachment to bid/contract document, and material requisition for equipment purchase.
Review progress of work as well as invoices, HSE performance, prepare and update equipment availability schedule and projects completion report.

Requirements:

S1 in Civil Engineering with minimum GPA 2.75. S2 in related discipline is an advantage
Minimum 3 years experience in the field of civil engineering, and minimum 3 years experience in oil & gas industry, such as: infrastructures (road, bridge, jetty), concrete/steel structures, heavy equipment operation, location construction.
Good knowledge of HSE and ISO 14001, cost sensitivity .
Having experience and very conversant in rig moving support, drilling location construction, and civil earthwork
Computer Literate with special knowledge in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Auto CAD
Able to prepare owner estimate especially on civil works and heavy equipment operation, and familiar with PTK BP MIGAS No. 007 / PTK/ VI/2004.
Prepare, analyze, review, operation and or project budget and controlling the expenditure.
Have good knowledge in Broad knowledge and experience on earth work, equipment operation, supply chain management, finance, and safety & environmental in oil and gas industry.
Willing to work in field - East Kalimantan.
Proactive and have "can do" and "strive for excellence" attitude.
Good interpersonal and communication skill and able to communicate well in English both written and spoken.
Excellent presentation skill, with ability to express ideas in a clear manner.
Able to identify problems and provide alternative solution.

Material Issuing Supervisor - Field SCM

Responsibilities:

Assist in preparation and maintain standard operation procedures for issuing related to ensure all issuing activities conducted in proper manner.
Supervise all issuing workforce to ensure all activities or issuing activities conducted in line with standard operation procedures.
Communicate with users for any deviation materials code ordered to get the correct materials.
Monitor the budget performance of work program and budget of receiving section to ensure the program and budget conducted on effective and efficient manner.
Implement HSE work program (meeting, field inspection) of receiving operations to ensure all activities executed in accordance to HSE policies.
Communicate with users for any materials ready ordered thru SIR to make sure the inventory well managed.
Maintain storage of materials and equipments to make sure the quality materials and equipments in good condition.
Keeping storage of materials and equipments to make sure no quantity shortage of materials and equipments.

Requirements:

S1 from any discipline background, preferably Economy/Management/Engineering, with minimum GPA 2.75. or S2 in related discipline is an advantage.
Minimum 2 years experience in Supply Chain Management with direct involvement in contract preparation or purchasing, Preferable having experience in oil and gas industry for 1 years.
Good knowledge of PTK 007 and other applicable tender regulations.
Mastery in MS office application.
Good knowledge of materials used in the Oil and Gas industry.
Mastery in Maximo or other ERP software, relational database skill is a definite advantage.
Understand of Cataloging Standard Codes for Oil & Gas Industry.
Familiar with Government Regulation on TKDN, Formalities and Custom Clearance.

Badak Warehouse & Receiving Supervisor - Field SCM

Responsibilities:

Supervise the Inspection of materials receiving activities to ensure the specification meeting to the purchase order.
Assist in preparation and maintain standard operation procedures for receiving related to ensure all receiving activities conducted in proper manner.
Supervise all receiving workforce to ensure all activities or receiving activities conducted in line with standard operation procedures.
In coordination with users conduct join inspection of certain materials (compressors, heavy equipment, vehicles, etc.) to ensure the specification meeting with the contract or purchase order.
Deliver the materials and equipment to storekeeping for storage purpose.
Communicate with supplier; expeditor and purchasing section for any discrepancies materials received to get the correct materials.
Prepare material receiving report as supporting document for invoice verification by Finance.

Field Ops. & Services Contract Supervisor - Field SCM

Requirements:

Executes Procurement Planning of Services to support Company operation in order to meet production target.
Executers Procurement Strategy and System of Services in line with Government regulation, Cost recovery requirement, BP MIGAS's KPI, to avoid audit finding, and to meet lead time to support Drilling operation in order to meet production goal.
Ensure that required Procurement List and revision for procurements require Bid Plan is approved by BP MIGAS in timely manner yearly in order to smooth the procurement process, support WP&B and meet cost recovery requirement.
Executes Bid plan from the procurement list and properly approved smoothly by BP MIGAS in timely manner in order to meet the schedule to support the Drilling operation.
Ensure that all contract services are processed within the approved lead time and in line with the company procedure and government's regulation in order to meet approved lead time, BP MIGAS's KPI, Cost recovery requirement, and to avoid audit finding.
Identify potential Bidders of drilling contract to ensure effective and efficient procurement process.
Ensure that correct description, specification and other information as stated on bid document are transmitted to Contract document correctly to avoid potential loss of miss specification and payment.
Ensure that the vendors who submitted technical acceptable bids at the lowest price are selected and recommended as bid/tender winner.
Ensure the contract document are properly issued to the vendors and properly approved by the bid committees or internal procurement committee depends on the value and the management to meet government regulation and cost recovery policy.
Qualify contract document services in order to have reliable bid document to ensure quality and competitive price.
Ensure that proper actions are taken to solve the problems such as overdue, disputes, etc. in processing contract services in line with company policy and movement regulation.
Ensure that the CSMS part of the HSE program is carried out while ongoing procurement process is conducted to meet company standard.
Complete and review clausal regarding Anti Bribery Corruption Compliance, and Code of Conduct practices in the Contract services to insure compliance to ABC policy.
Ensure VICO Due Diligent is being implemented in all Procurement process to ensure its compliance to VICO Code of Conduct.
