PT. Leighton Contractors Indonesia is a part of the Leighton Asia, one of Asia’s largest project development and contracting group with annual revenue exceeding US$1 billion. We are seeking high caliber candidates for the following positions based in Indonesia.

PT Leighton Contractors Indonesia is a division of Leighton Asia and mainly specializes in contract mining, civil engineering and infrastructure, including site preparation, earthworks, roads, bridges, pipelines and tunnels. This position is based in East Kalimantan at the MSJ Coal Mine Project.

Superintendent - Commercial (Sub Contractor) (INA-13-MSJ-00006)
Kalimantan Timur

Responsibilities:

To support the manager to manage the control and administration of contractual variation and commercial, invoice requirements in addition to providing input, support and advice to project departments with the objective of minimizing cost, maximizing financial recovery and limiting the contractual and commercial exposure to risk and disputes.

Requirements:

Degree in any engineering or accounting or business administration or its equivalent also acceptable if combined with the appropriate Commercial Experience ;
8 – 10 years experience at a project level ;
Have extensive on-site experience performing financial control in operation ;
Have experience in leading a surveyor team ;
Experience working at mining/civil contractor is preferred ;
Intermediate skills on MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint ;
Strong quantitative and numeric skills ;
Intermediate skills on project cost planning, cost estimating and analysis ;
Basic knowledge of civil/mining/plant maintenance contract requirement in terms of product or inventory ;
Proficient in English ;
Indonesian citizen.



Superintendent - Environment (INA-13-MSJ-00007)
Kalimantan Timur

Responsibilities:
To support the manager in coordinating HSE work activities of the project area to which he has been assigned according to the operational implementation of policies, guidelines and procedures with the prime objective of ensuring that project is meet the company’s HSE standards.

Requirements:

Tertiary Qualification (Degree/Diploma) in any HSE relevant field
Registered as a Safety & Health Officer with Governmental Bodies
6 – 8 years experience in HSE area at a field/operational level in similar/heavy industry (preferably Senior Supervisory or Junior Superintendent Experience).
Experience in a HSE related role in similar industry.
Familiar with HSE Management Systems & their implementation at an operational level.
Experience in coordinating HSE related training programs.
Experience in performing HSE audits & inspections
Experience in Incident investigation, analysis & reporting processes
Experience in providing management with regular feedback on HSE matters (meeting, presentation, report writing)
Intermediateskills on MS-Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Advanced knowledge of HSE legislation as well as OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 requirements
Proficient in English ;
Indonesian citizen.
