PT Leighton Contractors Indonesia is a division of Leighton Asia and mainly specializes in contract mining, civil engineering and infrastructure, including site preparation, earthworks, roads, bridges, pipelines and tunnels. This position is based in East Kalimantan at the MSJ Coal Mine Project.
Superintendent - Security (INA-13-MSJ-00002)
Kalimantan Timur
Responsibilities:
To organize the project security operation by coordinating, monitoring and controlling security operations and security personnel with responsibility for full-time protection and security for the specific operational area with the prime objective of protecting the people, assets, personnel, information, company image and reputation against any form of threat, security risk and hazard
Requirements:
Minimum of senior/technical high school or trade qualification is preferred ;
Preferably have military background ;
Deep knowledge upon security and/or law enforcement related discipline ;
8 - 10 years experience in security operations ;
Have extensive on-site experience performing security operation ;
Experience in assisting to develop and implementing security procedures ;
Experience conducting internal investigations in a corporate environment ;
Experience in a senior security position with a foreign company ;
Basic skills on MS-Word, Excel and PowerPoint ;
Intermediate skills on security management and hazard prevention/management ;
Basic understanding of the Indonesian socio-political environment, including an awareness of security issues ;
Industry best practice ;
Basic understanding of security measures appropriate to the securing of commercial facilities in both urban and remote settings within Indonesia ;
Skill in developing structured report ;
Proficient in intermediate verbal & written English ;
Indonesian citizen
Administration Officer (2 positions) (INA-13-BPN-00003)
Balikpapan (Kalimantan Timur)
Responsibilities:
To provide administrative and coordination support with the objective of assisting with the overall effectiveness of the function and associated day-to-day tasks.
Requirements:
Diploma in administration is preferable ;
2-3 years technical background experience ;
Having SIM B2 ;
Experience in civil/mining industry is preferable ;
Basic skills on Ms. Office ;
Basic knowledge in Corporate Management System and documentation system ;
Good communication and interpersonal skill ;
Proficient in English ;
Indonesian citizen.
