Responsibilities:
Recruiting new agent.
Active agent and productivity agent.
Sales tactical.
Monitoring & Controlling daily activity agent.
Recruit & Development agent.
Requirements:
Male or Female, age max. 35 years old.
University Graduates from any discipline.
Having experience in handling agency or sales team (Life/General Insurance).
Having good managerial skill.
Target Oriented.
Strong initiative & teamwork.
Excellent communication skill & leadership.
Home based in Samarinda.
