Branch Channel Sales Manager Job (Computer-Mobile Phone Hardware), Balikpapan

Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of one of the world’s leading computer technology and electronics companies, which manufactures desktop personal computers (PCs), laptop computers, tablet computers, mobile phone handsets, personal digital assistants (PDAs), servers, storage devices, displays, smart-phones and peripherals. Our respected client is highly innovative and fast-paced with more than 30 years’ experience in its respective industry. Our exciting client is seeking a high-calibre sales professional to fill the position of Branch ChannelSalesManager, to be based in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan,Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

Develop annual business plans (sales target, capability of distributor, market ) for respective distributors in order to achieve assigned sales targets
Coordinate, monitor and motivate distributors in order to achieve assigned sales targets through market penetration or reseller gathering
Review short-term sales performances of distributors in order to determine action plan or improvement plan for their performance
Prepare regular performance and status report of sales activities compared to the agreed sales target and any deviations if any to superior, in order to support superior in making the right decisions and action plans
Use allocated budget for implementation of sales program effectively and efficiently in accordance with the agreed budget in order to achieve assigned sales targets
Maintain good relationships with distributors in order to build loyalty toward the company and increase customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (min.)
Four years (min.) in a similar position with experience handling mobile phone, service hand-held and tablet computer sales
Background in mobile phone industry-sales
Sales focused with a history of success
Highly motivated-proactive
Ability to speak English preferred
Self-motivated, resourceful and a creative problem-solver
