Specialist - Training (Language) (INA-13-BPN-00001)
Balikpapan (Kalimantan Timur)
Responsibilities:
To train & assess english language ;
To assist in developing training material and to ensure training material is standardised and in accordance with LCI systems.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or diploma in vocational training ;
More than 2 years experience in teaching English ;
Basic skills on MS-Word and Excel ;
Intermediate skill in delivering learning interventions ;
Basic knowledge of training system ;
Intermediate knowledge of training support ;
Proficient in english ;
Indonesian citizen ;
Willing to travel.
Training Specialist Auto Electrical (INA-13-BPN-00002)
Balikpapan (Kalimantan Timur)
Responsibilities:
To train & assess project employees in Auto Electrical aspects of vocational technical skill in order to achieve maximum productivity with a high focus on safety and to ensure projects training requirements for personnel are conducted in accordance with the LMS.
Requirements:
Minimum of senior/technical high school ;
Extensive knowledge in plant auto electrical & tools certification requirements ;
Preferably have experience in training ;
Have extensive experience in plant operational works ;
Hands-on experience in providing coach and on-the-job learning ;
In-depth knowledge of heavy earth-moving products, power generation equipment, and dewatering plants ;
Up-to-date skills on product technical enhancement ;
Have completed AFA training ;
Proficient in English ;
Indonesian citizen.
Engineer – Mine Data Management (INA-13-MSJ-00003)
Kalimantan Timur
Responsibilities:
To control and process the mine operation data as well as to produce or supervise the production of mine operation reports the prime objective of ensuring that periodic production reports are successfully generated
Requirements:
Diploma in mine engineering, informatics or related disciplines
Degree preferred
4 – 7 years of experience
Have extensive site-based mining experience with a capability in mine operation database management and mining equipments
Experience working at mining contractor is preferred.
Basic skills on MS-Word and Excel
Costing
Intermediate knowledge of Mining principles
Intermediate knowledge of Mine design concept & operations
Intermediate knowledge of mine data processing and maintenance
Proficient use of diagnostic tools
Intermediate knowledge of mine data monitoring system

Superintendent - Security (INA-13-MSJ-00002)

Responsibilities:
To organize the project security operation by coordinating, monitoring and controlling security operations and security personnel with responsibility for full-time protection and security for the specific operational area with the prime objective of protecting the people, assets, personnel, information, company image and reputation against any form of threat, security risk and hazard
Requirements:
Minimum of senior/technical high school or trade qualification is preferred ;
Deep knowledge upon security and/or law enforcement related discipline ;
8 - 10 years experience in security operations ;
Have extensive on-site experience performing security operation ;
Experience in assisting to develop and implementing security procedures ;
Experience conducting internal investigations in a corporate environment ;
Experience in a senior security position with a foreign company ;

Responsibilities:
To communicate, manage & control the implementation of the Company's Safety, Health & Environmental Policies & Procedures with the objective of ensuring all employees perform their duties in a healthy, safe & environmentally responsible manner.
Requirements:
Tertiary Qualification (Degree/Diploma) in any HSE relevant field ;
Registered as a Safety & Health Officer with Governmental Bodies ;
6 – 8 years experience in HSE area at a field/operational level in similar/heavy industry (preferably Senior Supervisory or Junior Superintendent Experience) ;
Experience in a HSE related role in similar industry ;
Familiar with HSE Management Systems & their implementation at an operational level ;
Experience in coordinating HSE related training programs ;
Experience in performing HSE audits & inspections ;
Experience in Incident investigation, analysis & reporting processes ;
Experience in providing management with regular feedback on HSE matters (meeting, presentation, report writing) ;
Intermediate skills on MS-Word, Excel and PowerPoint ;
Advanced knowledge of HSE legislation as well as OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 requirements ;
