Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervice the team to achieve sales target, contribution and KPI
- Maintain the effective stock management system to maximize sales, profitability and minimize shrinkage
- Lead the team to consistently deliver excellent customer service
- Analyze and report the business performance of store
- Lead the meeting every month
- Manage the day-to-day basic operations (Cleanlines, Clarity, Comfort, & Control)
- Manage and supervise the team to implementation of operational procedure (SOP)
- Review performance appraisal
Requirements:
- Male/Female. Diploma/Bachelor degree in any field
- Min 3year(s) experience working in retail store
- Age between 27-35 years old

- Possess good customer service, good analytical and drive in achieving sales target
