PT Leighton Contractors Indonesia is a division of Leighton Asia and mainly specializes in contract mining, civil engineering and infrastructure, including site preparation, earthworks, roads, bridges, pipelines and tunnels. This position is based in Kalimantan at the Balikpapan Support Facility, which provides equipment, maintenance, logistical and training support to our mining projects.
Officer - Training (Translations) (INA-12-BPN-00048)
Balikpapan (Kalimantan Timur)
Responsibilities:
To support the training material and administration translation English Indonesian – Indonesian English on daily basis and to ensure the adequate translation filling and reporting are properly implement and comply with Learning Management System and manage Language/Cultural Classes
Requirements:
High School education, diploma in administration will be an advantage ;
1 – 2 years working experience preferably in administration or training functions ;
Experience of dealing with requirement and administration in training functions ;
Experience in keeping a large record of database (hardcopy or softcopy ;
Basic skills on MS-Word and Excel ;
Basic knowledge of training system ;
Basic knowledge of training support ;
Basic knowledge of OHS & E ;
Flexibility to work ;
Good cmmunication skill ;
Can teach beside translation ;
Indonesian citizen only
Proficient in intermediate verbal English
