Account Officer - Samarinda
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing new business for the company’s insurance products.
- Identify needs and client business objectives.
- Maintain relationship with client.
- Prepare and present sales proposals.
Requirements:
- Male or Female, max. 35 years old.
- Diploma degree in any major, (GPA min 2.75).
- Having Experience in Sales at General Insurance or Banking min. 2 years.
- Highly Motivated, able to work under pressure, hard worker, discipline, client oriented, energetic, adaptive and fast learner.
- Excellent communication & relationship skill.
- Home based in Samarinda.
Agency Manager (Samarinda)
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting new agent.
- Active agent and productivity agent.
- Sales tactical.
- Monitoring & Controlling daily activity agent.
- Recruit & Development agent.
Requirements:
- Male or Female, age max. 35 years old.
- University Graduates from any discipline.
- Having experience in handling agency or sales team (Life/General Insurance).
- Having good managerial skill.
- Target Oriented.
- Strong initiative & teamwork.
