Responsibilities:
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate, maintain and improve ENG Management Systems (EMS) and operational method in Facilities Engineering Division (ENG) to ensure consistently met the required business standards covering productivity, process improvement, and efficiency.
Plan and control the jobs in compliance with Company's HSE Principles, Procedures, Standing Instruction, International Standards & Recommendations, etc
Prepare, implement and control the budget, contract & HR support activities within the service/area in line with division & department's mission and objective
Plan, coordinate and control the implementation, maintenance and improvement an effective and efficient ENG Management System (EMS) to achieve ENG’s quality objectives
Support ENG/QAC Department Head promoting the quality policyand ENG objectives within Division to increase awareness, motivation and involvement of the personnel
Plan, coordinate and control the continuous performance improvement in order to ensure that ENG business processes are implemented in compliance with Company’s policy and rules
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in an applied science or engineering field / Petroleum engineer with experience in quality and process improvement
Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in quality and process improvement activities
Demonstrated experience in quality assurance and/or management
Broad knowledge in management system development, implementation and improvement
If possible, knowledgein technical disciplines (structure, process, piping, etc.)
Experienced in international standards such as ISO 9001 Quality management, 14001 Environmental and health management, ISO 18001 safety management standards,Quality Control system per ASME standards and Project management knowledge.
