Kalimantan Timur - Samarinda
Requirements:
Minimum bachelor degree (S1) in Law or HR management from reputable university
Maximum 35 years old of age
Having at least 3 years experiences from mining company as Superintendent HRD & SPV HRD
Excellent understanding about HR functions such as; Training & People Development, Jamsostek, Benefits and compensation and Industrial relations and also understanding in general affair (GA) matters
Strong leadership, good interpersonal skill and positive attitude
Fluent in English both spoken and written
Able to operate computer (Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio)
Must be willing to be placed in Kalimantan (work with roster)
