This position is located in BALIKPAPAN OFFICE with Traveling possibility to JAKARTA OFFICE if required.General Affairs Coordinator - Balikpapan
Responsibilities:
Facilities and Property Management coordination
Office administration operation support
Fixed Asset listing, maintenance and update
Tools, equipment and assets maintenance
Management support staff ; schedule/rooster, workflow and tasks completion (Drivers, cleaning service, housekeeping/laundry man, helpers and general service)
Provide others supporting functions or any other Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager
Requirements:
Male minimum 25 years old and Single
Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any discipline
Minimum 2 years practical experience in the field of GA
Good Command in English, both verbal and written
Computer Literate (Ms. Office, Outlook & Internet)
Posses knowledge in maintenance planning, scheduling, expense management, budgeting and purchasing office goods or supplies
Good drafting, planning, organization and report writing skills
Keen and details, fast learner and result oriented
Good analytical, self starter, problem solver and hard worker
Able to work under pressure and work immediately
Honest, energic, enthusiastic, reliable and and responsible manner
