ERP Support Staff – Balikpapan
Responsibilities:
Monitoring, and support to ERP System to enhance the business functionality and overall performance
Supporting to application system problem and helpdesk ERP System
Defining problem on ERP & doing report trouble
Responsible in ERP document / user guide & updating ERP module
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or Software Engineering related
2 – 4 years of working experience in ERP System
Must have a good knowledge & understanding in MFG Pro or SAP system
Good verbal and written communication, technical and consultative skills
Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
Have troubleshooting skills
Fluent in both oral & written English
Dynamic, have positive attitude, good teamwork
