Branch Manager - Samarinda
Samarinda (Kalimantan Timur)
Responsibilities:
Supervise branch staff and ensure customer service meets high quality standards
Develop sales plan for branch and work with branch staff to implement plan (aligned with bank-wide campaigns and messages)
Allocate sales targets (funding and lending) to sub branch staff, and organize sales teams to achieve the targets
Ensure that branch cash levels and securities meet bank guidelines
Monitor the quality of service delivered by sub branch staff and take corrective action where necessary
Ensure that branch staff are applying the most recent processes and procedures
Represent the branch in front of regional management, customers and authorities
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
Preferably Managers - AVP specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience (2 years in the same position) is required for this position.

Service Supervisor - SamarindaSamarinda (Kalimantan Timur)
Responsibilities:
· Assist the branch manager in managing the sub-branch activities
· Lead and direct the daily activities for Frontliners and oversee Frontliners to ensure smooth running of the daily work and the application of the most recent processes and procedures
· Ensure adequate attitude and appearance of self and Frontliners
· Provide cross-sell leads to Frontliner team
· Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with customers
· Maintain frontliners area files, database, records, registers and logs under control
· Enhance the Bank’s image through pro-active customer-driven servicing of their needs to exceed customer expectations
· Monitor service quality indicators and take corrective measures to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction
· Liaise with Service Quality to follow-up on escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution of the same
· Ensure smooth operations, and timely and friendly service delivery
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.
Required skill(s): computer literate, leadership skill, english communication, Customer Service And Relationship Management.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
