Controlling all component failure investigation and supporting documentation are completed to support off site repair and Claims.
Monitoring all warranty claims are researched, documented and submitted in order to achieve positive claim results
Monitoring investigation progress and all reports of all accident damage and potential rework issues arising from warranty and component investigation (include abuse)
Ensure Leighton system are updated with all details of warranty claims or external repair data
Review weekly and monthly report as required in relation to warranty and external repair.
Comply with all applicable health, safety and environmental laws, regulations and statutory obligations at all time
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/ Automotive) or equivalent
