Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
Develop / identify new potential business opportunities
Formulate and strategize sales plan to achieve sales target and business growth
Perform full sales function including pre-sales and after-sales activities
Result oriented
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least SMA/SMK or higher
At least 5 years working experience in sales / hospitality industry
Effectively bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Must have strong understanding of market dynamics & customer’s requirements
Good leadership quality with ability to work both independently and as a team
Able to work with initiative under stressful environment
Must possess own vehicle with valid license
Able to start immediately
Accounts Executive
Responsibilities:
Cash flow management
Handle full set of accounts
Reporting of monthly financial and management reports
Execute statutory requirements: PPN, Pasal 21, Pasal 25, SPT Masa, SPT Tahunan
Requirements:
Diploma in accounting or equivalent
3 years relevant working experience
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Knowledge of MoneyWorks is advantageous
Effectively bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Able to work with initiative under stressful environment
Able to start immediately
