An excellent opportunity for Specialist Organization Development has arisen to join our Training & Development Dept. team. Residentially based in Balikpapan and reporting to Senior Supervisor Staff Development. You will effectively developing, implementing and evaluating plans for competency based learning and training activities within TCI so as to achieve effective and competent workforce.
:: Specialist Organization Development
The scopes of your role will include but not limited to analysis & development of the employee competency profiles, development of supervisory training, analyzing training needs across Thiess Indonesia, development of training matrix and training calendar, making the system of training evaluation, analyzing the effectiveness of management and supervisory learning and training system in TCI and giving recommendation of improvement, managing the internal and external soft skill training as well as maintaining the training records and also mentoring the junior staff development team.
To be successful in this role you will need to have Human Resources, Management or Psychology degree. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a training and/or HR Generalist role. Experience on a mining or construction site will be an advantage. You should strong communication skills (written & verbal), including good skills in English; Facilitation skills; Presentation skills; Competency Based HR System principles and concepts; Learning and people development principles and concepts; Training Needs Analysis principles and concepts. Have self-confident, familiar with work in under pressure and computer literacy.
