• Minimum S1 di Jurusan Teknik Sipil, IPK: 3.0 (min.)
• Memiliki Pengalaman dibidangnya min. 2 Tahun
• Mahir dan Menguasai Program Auto Cad Khusus 3D
• Menguasai Program SAP 2000
• Mengerti dan mampu menghitung budjet cost
• Mengerti dan memahami mengenai mechanical conveyor system
• Sehat dan berumur di bawah 40 tahun
• Mengerti standart safety & Enviroment
• Dapat berkerja dibawah tekanan
• Mampu Berbahasa Inggris lebih diutamakan

Lowongan Kerja Lembuswana Perkasa 11 Februari 2012 as Legal Officer Responsibilities:

• Handling of Legal Affairs relating to employment, corporate, business and project activities;
• Negotiation, drafting, and reviewing all forms of agreements and instruments to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
• Provides general corporate documents;
• Providing practical legal advice, complete, and thorough to management or other affiliates / subsidiaries / departments of any relevant internal legal matters existing or potential;
• Maintain compliance with permits and licenses;
• Managing and working with external advisors (notaries, law firms, governments and institutions).
• Handling permits for mining permits government agencies

Lowongan Kerja Lembuswana Perkasa 11 Februari 2012 as Legal Officer Requirements:

• Women / Men, Max. 35 Years Old
• Candidates should have at least a law degree from reputable University (Masters Degree / Post Graduate would be beneficial)
• At least 2 year (s) of experience working in a leading law firm or a mining company
• Thoroughly understand the laws and legislation relating to employment, mining, company cooperation agreements in force in Indonesia (Update)
• Mastering the English language both oral and written
• computer literate
• Demonstrated ability to develop, establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Reliable and initiatives with good planning and self-management skills
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Willing to live and work at the Site (East Kalimantan)
