An excellent opportunity for Officer – HR Admin has arisen to join our HR Dept. team. Residentially based in Balikpapan and reporting to Supervisor HR. You will assist Supervisor HR to process HR, recruitment, industrial and employee relation activities according to plan.

:: Officer – HR Admin

The scopes of your role will include but not limited to implement corporate HR policy & procedure accurately and ensure all users comply; actively participate in human resources management benchmarking activities as required; assist to conduct HR induction for new employees; doing administration jobs such as update HRIS & payroll data based, filling documents; support ad-hoc HR projects as may be assigned from time to time; support Industrial & Employee Relation such as socialization and implementation of company regulation; host communication sessions for HR Representative of all BSF Department to keep employee engaged in latest HR developments or changes; maintain a harmonic environment among the employees and management; assist recruitment process for Non-Staff in line with procedures.

To be successful in this role you will need to have a degree in Social Sciences, Economic (HR), Law, Psychology, or suitable work experience, with minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR Generalist. Previous experience in various project admin, and payroll; good communication; assertive; fluent in English both oral and written; good computer skills; work quickly and accurately; planned and target oriented; and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.
